Replace A/C System Room C106 (HS) The purpose of the Scope of Work for this opportunity is the solicitation of contractor service to perform the requirements for the installation of a 1.5-Ton air conditioning ductless split system, associated components and accessories at Building 12, Room C106 First Floor. This project is located at the Hot Springs VA Medical Center located in Hot Springs, SD. Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, alterations, electrical, and air conditioning skills necessary for the completion of this project. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and drawing of the solicitation and all applicable local and VA codes. Solicitation Number 36C26321B0002 for this effort will be posted to Beta Sam (beta.sam.gov) on May 24th, 2021. This solicitation will contain all necessary Scope of Work, specifications, drawing, and other information necessary to bid the project. An Organized Site Visit IS scheduled for this project. The Period of Performance is expected to be 30 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
