This is a SOURCES SOUGHT notice for market research purposes only to determine the availability of qualified sources capable of providing the services described below. To respond to this sources sought notice, please complete the attached form titled Response Form to Sources Sought Notice and email the information requested to Sandra McAnany, Contracting Officer at sandra.mcanany@va.gov. The closing date and time of this sources sought notice is August 31, 2020 at 10:00 AM Central Time. Responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. Please clearly identify any information your company considers sensitive or proprietary. Service: Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Black Hills Healthcare System in the location of: Scottsbluff NE or surrounding area. The proposed CBOC services include leasing, furnishing, equipping, and staffing one CBOC and providing healthcare services to veterans. The proposed CBOC will provide services for an estimated quantity of over 1200 Veteran patients. The current CBOC is operated by a contractor and is located in Scottsbluff, NE. The anticipated contract will be a re-competition for services to begin at the end of that contract, and the anticipated contract period is a base year plus four (4) one-year options, with services estimated to commence on 10/1/2021.
