THIS SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSBs) UNDER PUBLIC LAW 109-461. This presolicitation notice is being published through the GPE to satisfy requirements under FAR Subpart 5.101(a)(2), displaying the solicitation for a proposed contract action expected to exceed $15,000 but not expected to exceed $25,000 in a public place or by any appropriate electronic means. Request for proposal (RFP) number 36C26320R0165 is being submitted to interested vendors only and will not be solicited through the GPE. Under the terms and conditions set forth in RFP 36C26320R0165, the VA is requesting price proposals for project number (PN) 438-20-800: Campus Electrical Repairs. Work includes inspecting, repairing, and replacing electrical junction boxes and wires. All work will be performed at the Sioux Falls VA Health Care System campus located at 2501 W. 22nd Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57105. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, parts, materials, and supervision to complete the project. The period of performance is expected to be 120 calendar days from date of award. NAICS Code 238210 is applicable for this procurement with the small business size standard of $16.5M. The magnitude of construction for this project is estimated to be: Less than $25,000.
