In accordance with FAR 5.203(d), this Notice of Intent is posted to announce VA s intent to procure sole source construction period services from a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business architect and engineering firm, FourFront Design, Inc., 517 7th Street, Rapid City, South Dakota, 57701. VA intends to send the solicitation to the sole source 30 calendar days after this Notice is posted. The approved Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition (OTFOC) document is attached. In accordance with 41 USC §3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other source will satisfy VA s requirements.
