Contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, materials, and supervision to install a 3 Ton (36,000BTU) air conditioning ductless split system and all associated components and accessories at the Hot Springs VA Medical Center, Building 2, Basement Floor, Care in the Community area at the Hot Springs VA Medical Center located in Hot Springs, SD. Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, alterations, electrical, and air conditioning skills necessary for the completion of this project. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and drawing of the solicitation and all applicable local and VA codes. Solicitation Number 36C26320R0082 for this effort will be posted to Beta Sam (beta.sam.gov) on February 26, 2020. This solicitation will contain all necessary Scope of Work, specifications, drawing, and other information necessary to bid the project. An Organized Site Visit is Not scheduled for this project. (See solicitation for specific information regarding a Site Visit). Proposals are due on March 20, 2020. (see solicitation for time/date for receipt of proposals). The Period of Performance is expected to be 90 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice-To-Proceed (NTP). THIS SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSBs) UNDER PUBLIC LAW 109-461.
