Description/Salient Characteristics: Subject: Camera s and video production switchers for ECR room 1105 and TV classroom room 3583 to include installation and integration with AV systems Site: Omaha VA Med Center VA NWIHCS Overview: Both B. 1 Rooms 1105 and 3583 each require 3 UHD PTZ cameras that are able to connect to a remote video production switcher located in video services control room r3576. Video out, power to the camera and control signals for PTZ is supplied by a single CAT 5 cable from room 3576 to room 1105 or room 3583 for each camera. Cameras connect to a oneLINK interface for each camera that supplies power, control connections and HDMI video out. Camera interface units connect to AV Bridge MatrixMIX Production System that has a production switcher with push button and joystick control and touch screen Multiview production monitor. Vendor will install equipment as a turnkey system that is fully integrated with existing CRESTRON control systems, CISCO video conferencing systems and A/V production recording equipment. Vendor will provide programing service for the Crestron controllers. Vendor will provide one year of service and product warranty. Vendor will be available to provide service within 24 hours of notification during normal VA video services working days. Qty 2 Vaddio Teletouch 27 LCD Touchscreen Multiviewer Monitors Model# 999-800000-027 in rm 3576 Qty 6 Vaddio RoboSHOT Video Conferencing Camera s Model# 999-9950-100 3 each in rm 1105 and rm 3583 Qty 1 Araknis Networks 310 series 24 port L2 Managed Gigabit Switch with Full PoE+ and rear ports Model#AN-310-SW-R-24-POE in rm 3583 Qty 1 Integrated System Cabling & Misc. Hardware for interconnections of equipment included by vendor and integration with VA system. Qty 1 Labor Services including Design, Install and Testing Qty 1 Shipping Vendor will provide and install 2 Vaddio MatrixMIX production switchers with joysticks, 2 touch-screen multiviewer monitors and 6 Vaddio PTZ cameras for rooms 1105 and 3560. These devices will be replacing the existing Vaddio production equipment. Cat5 cabling between each room and the control booth will be reused. New system interconnect cabling within the control booth will be provided. Each production switcher will be connected to existing video conferencing equipment. All new Vaddio equipment will be connected to a new network switch to all for communication between devices. This network switch will be setup as a stand-alone network and will NOT be connected to the VA network.
