BOILER PLANT SAFETY DEVICE TESTING AND INSPECTION SERVICES This is a sources sought notice only and it is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified, potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this sources sought notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted. A response to this sources sought notice is not an adequate reply to a potentially forthcoming solicitation. The Sioux Falls VA Health Care System located at 2501 West 22nd Street, Sioux Falls, South Dakota 57105, is seeking qualified potential contractors to provide Boiler Plant Safety Device Testing and Inspection Services. The work required consists of providing inspections, safety device testing and calibration, including all labor (including staff with proper certifications, licenses, and/or qualifications to perform such services in the State of South Dakota), supervision, management, management support, supplies, ancillary equipment, vehicles and materials necessary for accomplishment of complete boiler plant inspection, safety testing, and calibration services. The services will be performed in Sioux Falls, SD, on a total of three boilers and a deaerator tank. The closing date and time of this sources sought notice is September 17, 2020 at 9:00 AM Central Time. This is not a solicitation and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract.
