This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine small business sources capable of providing Signage and Artwork Services per this notice under NAICS 339950 (Sign Manufacturing). Small business size standard is 500 employees. Product Service Code (PSC) is 9905 (Sign, Advertising Displays, and Identification Plates). BACKGROUND: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE BEING RELEASED PURSUANT TO FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) PART 10: MARKET RESEARCH. This notice is issued solely for informational, market research, and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This notice does not commit the Federal Government to contract for any service at this time. OBJECTIVE: The objective of this notice is to conduct market research to determine if there are Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) sources capable of providing interior signage and artwork for the Sioux Falls VA Health Care System. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE: The Sioux Falls VA Health Care System (SF) requires the following signage and artwork: Selected artwork package from Great American Art in project # 26038 to be shared with vendor upon award: 28 quantity of 42 x34 finished frame size with 1 face black shadow box frame, acrylic glazing, security hardware with strainer frame for hanging 1 quantity of 34 x42 finished frame size with 1 face black shadow box frame, acrylic glazing, security hardware with strainer frame for hanging 3 quantity of 29 x42 finished frame size with 1 face black shadow box frame, acrylic glazing, security hardware with strainer frame for hanging 6 qty 40 x50 gallery wrapped canvases with security hardware and MDF backer Signing package to match existing bronze frame/cream background w/ flag watermark to include: 6 fire extinguisher flag signs to match existing program 20 9x9 room identification with interchangeable acetate signs to match existing program 10 3x9 room identification signs to match existing program 5 unisex restroom signs to match existing program 5 flex emergency route signs Mandatory entrance signage to include no weapons, no smoking; to match existing program 5 elevator identification signs to match existing program 5 wayfinding 11x17 insert signs to match existing Room numbers and final specifications will be provided by Interior Designer.
