Network 23 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to Philips Healthcare. NAICS Code 334510, Patient Monitoring Equipment, with a size standard of 1250 employees will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 due to the proprietary nature of the software needed for this procurement. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government.
