COURT REPORTER SERVICES This is a sources sought notice only and it is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 561492 Court Reporter Services. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this sources sought notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted. A response to this sources sought notice is not an adequate reply to a potentially forthcoming solicitation. The Sioux Falls VA Health Care System located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota is seeking qualified potential contractors to provide Court Reporter Services. Refer to the attached document titled Court Reporter For Sioux Falls VA Health Care System for additional details and information. Work Requirement: Sioux Falls VAHCS has a requirement to provide a court reporter for Official Transcription Administrative Investigation Board August 12, 2020 thru August 14, 2020. We anticipate requirement to take 3 day to complete. This board is made up to 3 personnel. There may be 10 witnesses, but additional witnesses may be called. Contractor shall provide the Government with the Original and 1 copy of each testimony. NOTE: THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE FOR IN PERSON SERVICES AT THE SIOUX FALLS VA HEALTH CARE FACILITY IN SIOUX FALLS, SOUTH DAKOTA To respond to this sources sought notice, please complete the attached form titled Response Form to Sources Sought Notice and email the information requested to Curt LaRose, Contracting Officer, at curt.larose@va.gov.
