This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a Request for Quote (RFQ) is being requested. Solicitation Number: 36C26320Q0607 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06. The VA anticipates the award of one Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for all resources and labor necessary to provide Wireless Equipment and Installation Service for Activation of Community Resources and Referral Center (CRRC) to support the Fargo ND VA Health Care System located at 2101 Elm Street N, Fargo ND 58102. The period of performance is from August 15, 2020 to February 26, 2021. Specific requirements are listed within the attached solicitation document. Contractor to be licensed and certified to perform the required services. Please refer to the solicitation document, Statement of Work (SOW), and Evaluation Factors for additional technical certification and qualification requirements. This procurement is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). At the time of submission of offer and prior to award, the offeror must be verified in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization s, Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/. Additionally, the firm shall have an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration at the time of offer and prior to contract award reflecting NAICS code 517312. The Department of Labor, Service Contract Act, Labor Standards apply to this contract and the Department of Labor s Wage Determination is provided as an attachment to this notice; it specifies the minimum wages and fringe benefits for workers performing on or in connection with the contract.
