(c) This solicitation is issued for the purpose of: conducting market research to identify potential sources for a potential procurement of BRAND NAME OR EQUAL Microscope as indicated below at the Lincoln Community Based Outpatient Clinic(CBOC). See attached item specifications This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation. This is not a request for proposal (RFP). LINCOLN, NE COMMUNITY BASED OUTPATIENT CLINIC(CBOC) SPECIFICATIONS: BRAND NAME OR EQUAL Purchase One Microscope Operating Endodontic, ceiling mounted (JSN M8541) item # MA1004 or equal products. The microscope must offer the following: Ceiling Mounted Dental Microscope with an extension arm capable of 45 degree extension. Arm and head shall be capable of 370 degree rotation. LED light source with green filter Binocular capable of inclining from approx. 0-220 degrees Single port beam splitter with a 50/50 prism Binocular extender capable of up to 45 degree extension Deliver to Dental, Lincoln Community Based Community Clinic(CBOC)
