In accordance with the solicitation s clause 52.212-2 EVALUATION TAILORED - COMMERCIAL ITEMS (OCT 2014) this amendment is being issued to notify all offerors that Tier 1 small business evaluation is now complete. The determination is that the majority of the stations can be satisfied by Tier 1 small business vendors, the few stations not covered by Tier 1 small business vendors will be will now evaluate Tier 2 unrestricted (large business) offers for potential award.
