The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of current market conditions relative to NAICS 621111 Offices of Physicians, Radiology Physician Service with a size standard $12 million. The Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), Network Contracting Office 23 (NCO 23), on behalf of Sioux Falls VA Health Care System (SFVAHCS), Sioux Falls, SD is seeking to identify any vendors capable of providing contractual services of on-site and off-site 24-hour coverage for Radiology Physician services to eligible veteran beneficiaries of the SFVAHCS. The period of performance will be one (1) twelve-month base period, and four (4) twelve-month option periods. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and technical capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. The Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. Respondents are not limited to SDVOSB and/or VOSB vendors, all sources are encouraged to submit a response. The Government is interested in determining whether Small Businesses are interested and capable of performing the work. Please identify your firm s socio-economic status. If you are a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), provide a statement indicating whether you are currently verified in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP). The Government requests that contractors respond to the specific questions provided in this RFI. Responses should demonstrate the specific capability for this requirement, not just confirm corporate capabilities. The VA is seeking to identify all potential sources. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and have their representations and certifications completed prior to submitting a proposal in response to a future solicitation. SERVICES PROVIDED The Sioux Falls VA Health Care System, hereinafter referred to as SFVAHCS intends to secure on-site and off-site 24-hour coverage for Radiology Physician services for the SFVAHCS located at 2501 W 22nd Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57105. Please reference attached draft Performance Work Statement for the requirement of this contract. 2. CONTRACT TYPE AND TERM The Government contemplates awarding a fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract (actual dates and quantities ordered are not guaranteed) resulting from the future solicitation. Contract use will be limited to the Sioux Falls VA Medical Center, 2501 W. 22nd Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57105 only; no other VAMC may use this contract. The Base twelve-month period of the contract shall begin January 1, 2021 with options to extend the contract for additional twelve-month periods, at the discretion of the VA, for up to four (4) additional periods. Total contract length of five years. 3. SCOPE OF SERVICES The Sioux Falls VA Healthcare System requires contractual Radiology Physician services to provide services to eligible beneficiaries. Please reference attached draft Performance Work Statement for the requirement of this contract. If you are interested and are capable of providing the required services, please provide the requested information. Responses to this sources sought notice must include the following information: 1. General Information of your company name, address, contact person name, phone number, fax number, e-mail address(s) and DUNS number and company website if available. 2. Socio-economic status of business (i.e. SDVOSB/VOSB, Small Business, Large etc.) 3. What medical services does your company primarily provide? 4. Are you, or have you previously provided on-site and off-site 24-hour coverage for Radiology Physician services to any federal treatment facility? If so, please provide contract number(s) for the previous three (3) years. 5. Provide confirmation that your company can meet all requirements appearing in the draft Performance Work Statement. 6. Will your company enter into a joint venture or other relationship in order to provide this service? The overall total page limit for responses to this RFI is five (5) pages. Interested parties should limit marketing material in order to allow sufficient space for adequately, directly, and substantively responding with the information of most interest to the Government.
