Statement of Work Inspect, overhaul/rebuild one 15 Horsepower, Ohio Medical (Squire-Cogswell) Rotary Claw Medical Vacuum Pump, Model C1500-ST2 After initial inspection, vendor will verify that the pump is rebuildable according to manufacturer specifications Vendor will provide an itemized list of parts and labor to VA POC before proceeding with overhaul/rebuild All parts and service work to be done in accordance with Manufacturers Recommendations All parts shall be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) If OEM parts are unavailable, notify VA POC with recommendations All non-OEM parts will be reviewed to verify if they meet or exceed the OEM specifications If required, transportation from St Cloud VA Medical Center, 4801 Veterans Drive, St. Cloud, MN 56301 to the repair facility and back to the VA should be included within price of the repair The VA is Tax Exempt Note: Due to piping connections and space restrictions; a new vacuum pump will not fit the space, therefore, requiring the bottom vacuum pump of the duplex unit to be rebuilt Contractor Warranty
