SCOPE OF WORK Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning and Inspection Introduction: The kitchen exhaust hoods located in the Canteen and Dietetics Kitchen are required to be cleaned and inspected on a semi-annual basis. There are Five (5) hoods in the Canteen and nine (9) hoods in Dietetics. Objectives: Establish a service contract to perform semi-annual cleaning of the exhaust hoods in the Canteen and Dietetics Kitchen. This will be a firm fixed contact. Period of Performance will be a Base year plus four (4) option years.
