AUDIOLOGY BOOTH MOVE NORFOLK CBOC ACTIVATION NWI This is a sources sought notice only and it is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified, potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 484210 - Used Household and Office Goods Moving. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this sources sought notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted. A response to this sources sought notice is not an adequate reply to a potentially forthcoming solicitation. The VA Norfolk CBOC located at 710 S. 13th St., Norfolk, NE 68701 is seeking qualified potential contractors to provide the following service Audiology Booth Transfer services . The work required consists of providing removal services for the GA-12-A-MOD Audiology Booth located at the Norfolk Clinic with the Nebraska-Western Iowa Healthcare System (NWIHCS) and provide installation services of this equipment at the new Norfolk Clinic location. In addition, the contractor shall perform the transportation of the equipment between the two sites and certify the full functionality of the Audiology Booth at the Department of Veterans Affairs CBOC located at Norfolk, NE.
