The Minneapolis VA Health Care System anticipates awarding a sole-source procurement to Carefusion Solutions, LLC of San Diego CA for the lease of Pyxis Medication dispensing machines at the Minneapolis VA Health Care System for a period of 12 months beginning December 1, 2019. NAICS code is 532490, size standard $32.5 million applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government.
