(b) Although proposal and offeror are used in this Request for Information, your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. (c) This solicitation is issued for the purpose of conducting market research to identify potential sources for a potential procurement of Cabinet Mount Dental Monitor Arms for the St. Cloud VA Health Care System located in St. Cloud, Minnesota Specifications: Cabinet Mount Dental Monitor Arms with Installation Quantity: 7 Each Primary arm shall be 34 and secondary arm shall be 23 Base Color White Adjustable height Mount must hold minimum of 20 lbs. Utilize a 75mm or 100mm VESA pattern mount in cabinet Installation requirements: Installation will occur during business hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Install arms in cabinet mount Assembly of all items per factory specifications Anchoring of all items per factory specifications Provide calibration and function testing of equipment Remove of all trash to include all packaging materials Provide service manual to include part list and standard manufacturer warranty This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation.
