Notice of Intent to Sole Source Network 23 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to Interior Fusion, LLC who is a registered SDVOSB. The NAICS Code 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes or information.
