6515--EQUIP - Small-form Factor Computer SOFTWARE - NeuroWorks SleepWorks
The VA VISN 22 Network Contracting Office is conducting a sources-sought/RFI to identify qualified sources and size classifications under NAICS 513210 ($47 million size standard) for IT supplies and services supporting Windows 11 compatibility and HL7 implementation. Required items include four small-form-factor computers with encrypted hard drives, four MS Word report editors for Neuroworks Sleepworks, four StarTech PCIe Gigabit NICs, four SleepWorks 10.x acquisition software upgrades with spike/event and high-resolution video, four 24-inch monitors, one HL7 implementation for NeuroWorks 10.x, and one NeuroWorks/SleepWorks 10.x data server software upgrade with installation and training. The need arises because current software editions and computers cannot be updated to Windows 11, and a server update is needed for HL7 implementation. This RFI is for information and planning only, does not constitute a solicitation, and responses cannot be accepted by the government to form a binding contract; responders bear their own response costs. Interested sources should provide company and size status, manufacturer/distributor and country-of-origin details, applicable federal contract-holder information, general pricing, and evidence of capabilities for equal items.
