VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System is conducting sources-sought market research to identify contractors capable of providing non-emergency ground ambulance transportation—BLS, ALS, and Critical Care Transport—on an as-needed, 24/7 basis, including weekends and holidays. The contractor would supply all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, equipment, and reporting, while meeting federal/state/local licensing, certification, background, TB, vehicle inspection, incident-reporting, and invoicing requirements, including use of VetRide or VA-approved transportation software. Performance is variable across the VA Greater Los Angeles Medical Center at 11301 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA, its CBOCs and affiliated clinics, other VISN 22 VA facilities, authorized non-VA/community care sites, and local airports.
