The VA is seeking sources for a Health Service Area 5.3 Blanket Purchase Agreement to supply Lenalidomide oral immunomodulatory medication in 2.5, 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 mg strengths. The contractor must hold REMS certification to dispense and deliver the medication to participating VA Medical Centers in Arizona, California, and New Mexico, including Albuquerque, Long Beach, Loma Linda, Phoenix, Prescott, San Diego, Tucson, and Greater Los Angeles. Participating VAMCs will place orders via warranted Contracting Officer purchase orders, with no guaranteed quantities and pricing required for all dosage strengths. The period of performance is one year after award, and payment will be made upon delivery and acceptance by each medical center.
