This is a sources-sought notice only, not a solicitation, and the VA is conducting market research to assess qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses capable of providing Hospital Bed Rental Services for the Phoenix VA Health Care System at 650 East Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85012-1839. Interested firms should submit written email responses with company/contact information, SAM UEI, Tax ID, small-business type, and a capability statement demonstrating relevant expertise. The VA may set aside the acquisition for SDVOSB under Public Law 109-461, but could use an alternate set-aside or full-and-open competition if SDVOSB response is inadequate; no subcontracting opportunity is anticipated. The applicable NAICS code is 532490 (Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing) with a $40.0 million size standard, and offerors must be registered in SAM, with veteran-owned firms also registered in SBA DSBS.
