The notice seeks information on business size and socio-economic status relative to NAICS 32510 (1,200-employee size standard), as well as manufacturer/authorized distributor/reseller capabilities. Interested parties are asked to address subcontracting limitations, Non-Manufacturer Rule compliance, Buy American Act conformity, lead times, existing federal contract vehicles, general pricing for market research, and SAM.gov UEI/CAGE information.
