The VA has issued an RFI/Sources Sought, not a solicitation, seeking information on potential qualified sources capable of providing Zimmer BioMet Trays as a brand-name-only action, with listed trays/kits and a Bill of Materials in Attachment 1. The RFI is for information and planning only, will be used to make acquisition decisions and conduct market research, and does not form a binding contract or create a bidders list. Interested parties should provide company/contact details, business size and socioeconomic status, NAICS 339112 size status (1,000 employees), manufacturer/distributor authorization, subcontracting and Non-Manufacturer Rule compliance, Buy American Act conformance, lead times, existing federal contract/schedule availability, general pricing, and SAM.gov Unique Entity ID/Cage Code. Responses are requested via email to jasmine.pressley-barnard@va.gov; telephone responses will not be accepted. Further RFIs or solicitations may be issued based on the information received.
