This is a Sources Sought/RFI for market research only, not a solicitation, and responses will be used for acquisition planning. The VA seeks a contractor to supply medical-grade cylinder gases and liquid nitrogen on an as-needed, F.O.B. destination basis to the Tucson VA Medical Center (SAVAHCS) and associated CBOCs, including oxygen, medical air, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, nitrous oxide, helium, and certified specialty mixtures, with estimated but not guaranteed quantities. The contractor may furnish contractor-owned cylinders, fill government-owned cylinders, or both; standard deliveries are Monday–Friday 8:00–10:00 a.m., with emergent deliveries on request, no separate delivery/hazmat/fuel surcharges, and compliance with medical gas, cylinder, and VA electronic invoicing requirements. Performance locations include the main Tucson campus and multiple account/CBOC sites in Tucson, Sierra Vista, Green Valley, Casa Grande, Safford, Yuma, and Fort Huachuca, Arizona. The estimated period of performance is a base year from November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2027, plus four option years through October 31, 2031.
