All contractors must acknowledge the amendment. No further questions will be accepted or answered at this time unless the Contracting Officer determines a response is in the Government’s best interest. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
The VA Long Beach Healthcare System is seeking quotes from small businesses for seven mobile UV disinfection devices equivalent to the Xenex LightStrike+ UV Robot, with an optional trade-in credit for old units. This small business set-aside procurement requires offers to include FDA approval documentation and OEM authorization unless the quoter is the manufacturer. Delivery must occur no later than 60 days after receipt of order, with shipping costs included in the unit price under FOB destination terms. Performance and delivery will take place at 5901 E. 7th Street, Long Beach, CA 90822. Award will be based on price evaluation, with any trade-in credit subtracted from the total quoted price.
