This is a sources sought announcement for market research only, not a solicitation. The VA seeks qualified small businesses (including SDVOSB, VOSB, 8(a), and HUBZone) to provide preventative maintenance and repair services for floor equipment in the EMS Department at the Phoenix VA Health Care System, located at 650 E. Indian School Rd, Phoenix AZ. The contractor must service multiple types and brands of floor equipment, with quarterly comprehensive maintenance and repair as needed. No subcontracting is anticipated, and interested parties must be registered in SAM and DSBS. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract, and no reimbursement for response costs will be provided.
