6515--Mobile UV Disinfection Device

Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)
Notice ID:36C26226Q1284_1

The amendment answers contractor questions for the procurement of mobile UV disinfection devices. Five of the seven Xenex trade-in units are non-working, and the contractor must pick up the old equipment at VA Long Beach Healthcare System and honor the trade-in credits. “Surfacide repairs” is removed and replaced by a general repair requirement covered under the base-year warranty. Offered products must meet or exceed the stated salient characteristics, with OEM documentation as proof, and quoters must demonstrate compliance with the Nonmanufacturer Rule and subcontracting limitations. No required delivery date is specified; the contractor will provide the delivery date.
