The Department of Veterans Affairs Phoenix Healthcare System is seeking information on potential sources to provide a Vestibular Diagnostic Suite, equivalent to the Interacoustics VisualEyes 525 with Orion Auto-Traverse Rotational Chair, for assessing vestibular and balance disorders. The system must integrate VNG, vHIT, and rotational chair tests through its own software and be FDA-cleared for clinical use in the U.S. Performance of services will be at the VA Phoenix Healthcare System in Phoenix, AZ.
