The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources capable of providing a portable Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) multi-gas analyzer for hazardous substance release response and air monitoring at the VA San Diego Healthcare System in San Diego, California. The analyzer must be a self-contained, field-deployable kit weighing no more than 25 pounds, capable of simultaneously quantifying at least 40 gas species and identifying unknown gases using a spectral library of over 3,000 compounds. The system must include a minimum 1-year warranty, operator training, and manuals, with delivery to the San Diego location. Responses to this Request for Information (RFI) are due by April 7, 2026, at 10 AM Pacific Time, and are for planning purposes only, not a solicitation.
