This is a sources sought announcement for market research, not a solicitation, to identify qualified small businesses capable of providing Zeiss equipment maintenance and repair services for the VA San Diego Healthcare System. The contract is anticipated to be a base plus three option year, firm-fixed-price agreement, with a base period of performance from July 17, 2026, to July 16, 2027, and overall performance through July 16, 2030. Services will be performed at 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161, and include corrective maintenance, at least one on-site planned maintenance per year, and 24/7 telephone support. Interested vendors must provide a letter from Zeiss authorizing them to perform maintenance and repair services.
