Z1MG--Solar Inverter Repair and Replacement
This is a firm fixed-price contract for the repair of one and replacement of another 500 kW solar inverter at the VA Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center in Sepulveda, CA. The period of performance is 120 days. The work involves salvaging parts from the failed inverter to repair the other, decommissioning the non-repairable unit, and installing approximately 16 new SMA Sunny Tripower CORE1 inverters to restore 500 kW of generation capacity. This solicitation is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), and offerors must hold a California C-46 Solar Contractor license and demonstrate specific experience with Satcon inverters.
