Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a single-award, Firm-Fixed-Price IDIQ contract for courier services, set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The services will be performed at numerous facilities throughout Arizona, primarily within the VA's VISN 22 network. The contract has a guaranteed minimum of $500 and a maximum ceiling value of $8,975,000. The period of performance is a one-year base period with four one-year renewal options. Offers will be evaluated and awarded based on lowest price, provided the offeror meets all minimum requirements and demonstrates specialized experience in transporting medical specimens and surgical instruments.
