This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a single-award, Firm-Fixed-Price IDIQ contract for courier services, set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The services will be performed at numerous facilities throughout Arizona, primarily within the VA's VISN 22 network. The contract has a guaranteed minimum of $500 and a maximum ceiling value of $8,975,000. The period of performance is a one-year base period with four one-year renewal options.
