F107--Asbestos, Lead Based Paint and other Hazardous Material Survey Testing Services
The amendment answers contractor questions for the landscape and lawncare services contract. Work is structured in four phases, each roughly 60 days apart, covering surveying, lab analysis, report production, and VA meetings, with additional time at the end for compiling the final report. The contract is firm fixed-price, with pricing based on square footage, and contractors must determine sample quantities for radon, soil, PCB, and other materials based on regulations and CIH guidance. No on-site preproposal meeting will be held, and an outdated 2015 survey will be provided as guidance. The period of performance start may vary after award, and the government will not disclose how the data will be used.
