This is a firm fixed-price contract for the preventative and corrective maintenance of seven government-owned Dexis Panos imaging systems at five facilities within the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System in California. The period of performance is a base year plus four option years, with an estimated start date of February 1, 2026, and an end date of January 31, 2031. The work includes semi-annual PMIs, on-call repairs, software support, and all related parts and travel at no additional cost to the government.
