Vendor Question (Related to Manufacturer Statement): How would you like us to handle this item within our submission? Our preference is to not bid the item with a note as to the reason. But - would that disqualify our bid? Answer: This will not disqualify your bid. Due to CLIN ITEM 86: MAL1 (1 Mead Immunity Mallet Handle) currently is not available as being informed by the manufacturer, due to unprecedented manufacturing issues. This item has been removed due to the reasons above. You can either use the updated Attachment A with your proposal or You may just type in (N/A) for the Unit Price and Extended Price in the Original Attachment A.
