The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a single-award, firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for HbA1c testing systems and services. The contract has a one-year base period with four one-year renewal options and services will be performed at four specified healthcare facilities in California, Arizona, and New Mexico. The guaranteed minimum award is $500, with a maximum contract ceiling of $3,500,000 and a limit of $1,000,000 per delivery order. The evaluation will be based on the lowest priced quotation that meets all minimum system requirements detailed in the attachments.
