Non-Emergent Medical Transportation The Contractor shall provide nonemergent Wheelchair, Gurney, and Hired Car transportation services to Veteran patients for the Veterans Affairs Long Beach Healthcare System (VALBHS) twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week including holidays as requested by the Government. All services shall be provided in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements as specified herein.
