The purpose of this sources sought is for market research to make appropriate, fair, and reasonable acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified, interested, and capable Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). This does not commit the Government to contract for any supply and/or service. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs. All costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this Sources Sought does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued. To be considered as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14) for this scope the size standard for NAICS Code: 561410 - Document Preparation Services. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. All offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. All Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses who respond to a solicitation must have an active registration and certification with the U.S. Small Business Administration Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) located at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/. Respondents are requested to provide the following information to the listed Points of Contact: (1) Submit your capabilities statement illustrating how your organization can/cannot meet the list of SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS requirements. For instances where your company cannot meet the SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS requirement(s), please explain.
