The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and Revised Price Schedule have been revised and are attached separately to this amendment. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation has been revised to add the requirement of The Statement of Work has been revised to revise the Minimum number of beds required. NAICS Code: 623220- Residential Mental Health and Substance Abuse Facilities PSC: G004- Social- Social Rehabilitation Length of Contract: Base Year and Four (4) One (1) Year Options Minimum Beds Required: 18 This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, and the contract period will be for five (5) years.
