Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05, effective 08-07-2025. This solicitation is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113, with a small business size standard of 800 employees. The FSC/PSC is 6515. The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS) is seeking to purchase Ceiling Mounted Patient Lift, Brand Name only, manufactured by Guldmann Inc., to be delivered at VAGLAHS. This a dropship only requirement, no installation is required under this contract. Per FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) posting requirement, the contracting officer attached the Brand Name Only Justification and Approval document to ensure transparency in addition to compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
