This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The purpose of this notice is to announce that the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 22), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22 is seeking contractors interested in providing a quote for: The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHCS) at their Los Angeles VA Clinic (LA ACC) location, has a requirement for the replacement of the Domestic Hot Water Heater with a South Coast Air Quality Management District domestic hot water heater. The services shall comply with this Statement of Work (SOW), all VA, local, state, and Federal policies, and regulations. The existing domestic hot water heater needs replacement at LA ACC Medical Center. The domestic hot water heater is original to the building and is thirty-five years old. The domestic hot water heater does not meet the emission requirements of South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) and needs to be replaced as it is noncompliant. The replacement must be accomplished over one (1) weekend and must be operational by Monday morning. Solicitation shall be issued on or about June 16, 2025, with proposals due no later than July 07, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. MST. The following NAICS code: 238220 and FSC code: J045 apply to this requirement. This is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. To receive credit, an offeror must be registered and verified in SBA Veteran Small Business Certification database at time of quotation submission and at time of award (DSBS SBA search) and must meet federal small business size standards for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this solicitation. All interested parties must respond to the solicitation announcement. A response to this notice is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation.
