This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to announce that the Government requires a contractor to provide acid concentrate supplies for the following VISN-22 healthcare systems: VA Long Beach Healthcare System (VALBHS). All Offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database found at https://www.sam.gov at the time of proposal submission and at the time of award. Additionally, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses that respond to a solicitation must be registered and verified in the Small Business Administration Vet-Cert Registry located at Veteran Small Business Certification. The contract will be issued as an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract, with Firm-Fixed Prices. All requirements shall be detailed in the impending solicitation to be issued on beta.sam on or about January 31, 2024.
