Justification and approval to award a sole source contract for architecture/engineering services for project 600-20-112 Replace Domestic Water Pump and Generator. This is a follow-on contract from a previous FY18 contract whose funds expired. SRD Architects is the designer of record and their previous contract included construction period services. Due to the project not being funded for construction during the original performance period, this contract will secure those services for the construction period of the design. Once awarded, construction is estimated to take 18-24 months. The estimated cost of these services is $308,582.04.
