This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to announce that the Government has an impending requirement for a contractor to provide primary care services through a Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) dedicated solely to Veterans, primarily residing in Escondido, California. The parent facility for this clinic is the VA San Diego Health Care System (VASDHS) in La Jolla, California. All Offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database found at https://www.sam.gov at the time of proposal submission and at the time of award. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses must be registered in the Small Business Administration s Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database found at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/. The contract will be issued as an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract, with Fixed Unit Prices. All requirements will be detailed in the impending solicitation to be issued on or about October 1, 2024. No questions will be answered prior to the solicitation being released.
