The Department of Veterans Affairs Pre-Solicitation Notice Solicitation Number: 36C26224R0118 The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center: New Mexico VA Health Care System (NMVAHCS), is seeking a contractor to operate a Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) within the city limits of Alamogordo, New Mexico. The contractor shall provide Primary Care, Mental Health and Telemedicine Services in the form of a CBOC to enrolled beneficiaries. It is the Department of Veterans Affairs' intent to issue a solicitation set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for contracted CBOC services to be provided in a private hospital, office or clinic environment to veterans, primarily residing in Alamogordo, New Mexico. The anticipated contract type is Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity, with a base period of one year and eight (8) one-year ordering periods for a total of nine (9) years requirement. The applicable NAICS Code is 621498 - All Other Outpatient Care Centers, and the size standard is $25.5M. The solicitation is expected to be released by on December 25, 2024, via www.sam.gov.
