This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C26224Q1802 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in conjunction with FAR Part 13 and constitutes the only solicitation. Vendor must be registered and remain active as a SDVOSB vendor in SAM.gov and VetCert.gov to be awarded.
