Yes, we will. Will you accept an ECU that has been powder-primed and powder-coated rather than painted with CARC? Yes, we will. What color ECU are you looking for? Preferably Desert tan but would accept a light-colored paint. Are the following features necessary for your application: Turf Cart and CARC paint? Not necessary but preferred, the cart allows for easier transportation and the CARC paint makes the units highly resistant to corrosion and rain. What style receptacle do you have? IEC Pin and sleeve connection. The HDT model comes with 3 feet of ducting, is that the length you require? If not, how long will you need the duct? 3 feet is sufficient. With the upcoming EPA regulated refrigerant phase out to begin on January 1, 2025, we have started to build our models with the new refrigerant R-513a which can operate in ambient temperature range of 50°F to 132°F. Do you anticipate the system operating in temperatures below 50°F? We do not. Remove installation from the Salient Characteristics requirements. Installation is NOT required. Extend the solicitation due date to Wednesday September 11, 2024, by 12:00PM PST. Submit written offers with spec-sheets of proposed items in accordance with the following instructions, as well as Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors. Oral offers will not be accepted. Complete and submit enclosure 1 via email no later than, Wednesday September 11, 2024, by 12:00PM PST, to israel.garcia2@va.gov. There are no other changes to the terms and conditions of this Solicitation. All other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.
